Spinal Adjustments/Manipulations

These are subtle movements applied to the joints between the vertebrae of the spine in order to alleviate the back of nerve irritability, improve the function of the back, improve movement and range of motion and remove the mechanical pressure on the joints. This allows the body to restore its function and improve wellbeing.

Spinal adjustments are recognised as safe and effective treatments for many conditions that affect the spine incluidng low back and neck pain, headaches and migraines, postural concerns and other conditions.

Manipulations and adjustments are not just limited to the spine, they can also be applied to other joints of the body, from the small joints of the fingers and toes to the big joints of the hips and shoulders.
